Service Description

A slow, deeply restorative practice for every level. Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, joints — through long passive holds of 3 to 7 minutes per pose. Where active yoga strengthens, Yin releases. It's the perfect counterbalance to a busy life or an active yoga practice. What we do in class • Quiet arrival and breath grounding • Floor-based hip and lower back openers — Sleeping Swan, Dragon, Square pose, Saddle • Spine and side-body releases — Caterpillar, Banana, Twisted Roots • Heart-openers and upper body release — Melting Heart, Supported Fish • Long savasana with guided body scan Who it's for No prior experience needed. You stay on the floor the entire class. Suitable for almost everyone — please check with the teacher before class if you have acute joint injuries. What to bring Warm layers — a sweatshirt and socks make a real difference — and an open mind. We provide mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets and eye pillows. You're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Good to know • Sensations build slowly in Yin. If something feels sharp or pinching, back off — sensation should be deep, but breathable. • This class pairs especially well with our Hatha and Pranayama classes for a balanced weekly practice. • Drop-in €20. Multi-class passes and unlimited memberships available as separate Pricing Plans.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & cancellation policy • You can book a class up to 14 days in advance. • You can book a spot in any class right up to the moment it starts (subject to availability). • Cancellations and reschedules: please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 4 hours of class start) and no-shows forfeit the class credit — this allows us to give the spot to someone on the waitlist and to respect our teachers’ time. • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens we’ll notify you by email and you’ll have 30 minutes to claim it before it’s passed to the next person. • Each booking is for one person — if you’d like to bring a friend, please have them book their own spot. • Memberships and class passes are personal and non-transferable.
