Service Description

Pranayama is the yogic science of breath — the heart of meditation practice and one of the original branches of yoga. This 75-minute class is open to everyone, from absolute beginners to seasoned practitioners. We meet you where you are. What we do in class • Settle in and find a comfortable seat • Body scan and present-moment awareness • Pranayama techniques — Ujjayi, Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Sama Vritti • Guided meditation — trataka (candle gazing), mantra-based, or silent observation, depending on the day • Closing chant and integration Who it's for No experience needed. No physical flexibility needed. If you can sit comfortably, you can do this class. Especially helpful for stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, and burnout recovery. What to bring Comfortable warm layers — your body temperature drops in stillness — and a water bottle. Cushions and bolsters are provided. Good to know • Phones go away — switch off, not just silent. • If meditation is new for you, you may feel restless at first. That's normal. Stay with it. • Drop-in €20. Multi-class passes and unlimited memberships available as separate Pricing Plans.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & cancellation policy • You can book a class up to 14 days in advance. • You can book a spot in any class right up to the moment it starts (subject to availability). • Cancellations and reschedules: please cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours before class. Late cancellations (within 4 hours of class start) and no-shows forfeit the class credit — this allows us to give the spot to someone on the waitlist and to respect our teachers’ time. • If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. When a spot opens we’ll notify you by email and you’ll have 30 minutes to claim it before it’s passed to the next person. • Each booking is for one person — if you’d like to bring a friend, please have them book their own spot. • Memberships and class passes are personal and non-transferable.
