Our classes
Three depths of traditional Hatha — Foundational, Intermediate, Advanced — alongside the quiet practice of Yin, with breathwork woven through every class.
Hatha Yoga - Foundational — Ārambha
The practice set in motion — a classical Hatha foundation.
Where the practice begins. Traditional Hatha taught in a steady, consistent structure — so the body and breath learn it, not just follow along. No experience needed, and nothing to keep up with. You leave knowing your own body a little better than when you came in.

Hatha Yoga - Intermediate — Ghaṭa
Establishing the vessel — a fuller practice as the breath becomes central.
For practitioners with the basics already in the body, around six months in. A fuller sequence that asks for more steadiness, holding postures long enough for them to do their work, as the breath becomes a practice in its own right. Refinement over intensity.

Hatha Yoga - Advanced — Parichaya
Deepening — subtler breath, longer holds, the practice becomes your own.
A more demanding practice for experienced students, after a year or more of consistent practice. Deeper holds, finer attention, breathwork carried further, less instruction — the space for the practice to become your own. Steadiness, not performance.

Yin Yoga — All levels
Long, quiet holds that open the body and calm the mind.
Long, supported holds that work slowly into the body's deeper tissue. Stillness rather than effort — a practice of staying, not striving. All levels welcome.
